Seeing the heavy training these guys are doing reminds me why I'm so glad I didn't end up being a rugby player, I'm much happier being lazier as fuck, anyway onto the show.

Michael Bisping talks about the UK team and talks about his assistant coaches Dave Jackson and Mario Sukata, Bisping says its weird as they are actually his coaches so its odd to call them his assistants. One is a mat work expert the other is a striking coach. Nick continues to be the mouthiest one of the UK. Dan "no charisma" Henderson comes to watch and the US team hits the gym. Damarquez tries to take the piss out of Bisping but Bisping just laughs it off.

Henderson introduces his coaches Gustavo Pugliese, Ricardo Feliciano, Cyrille Diabate and Heath Sims wow they have an olympic wrestler, Mauy Tai, Jui Jistu and practicle everyone. They definitely seem to have the better array of coaches.

Both teams are gathered by Dan Henderson for the fight announcement and its gonna be Mark Miller (USA) vs. Nick Osipczak (UK). Bisping says its 1-0 UK already and Damarquez is really pissed off.

Bisping is studying the tape but he seems more interested in taking the piss out of his picture. Bisping points out he's got a good leave hand but pannicks if you take the fight to him. It does look like jab jab jab and low hands. Bisping says Miller doesn't know what a knee is and thinks he's one dimensional, shame Nick is a total peice of crap. Nick talks about learning MMA and how he got his arse handed to him when he went to MMA class. Its really interesting to see how professionals train for a fight. I'm still not convince by Nick's punching power.

Back at the house Damarquez finds a UK shirt and writes US 1-0 UK on the shirt and then rights a randsom note. They say their keeping it friendly noting sick.

We then go to the weigh in Nick ways in at 170 and Mark weighs ina at 170 as well. Dana thinks Mark is gonna win. Team UK suggest Nick has set them up by using his left hand in his previous match. UK team return home and see the USA prank and they say "well that's a bit gay". Which was pretty funny.

Mark says he's not one for game plans he's just gonna go in and roll with the punches. It's weird to see I'd assume he'd take this mega seriously considering he's got the chance of his life. Mark trains with the tall coach he calls Nick lazy and not a power kicker.

The Damarquiz deuche bag finds a UK guys wrestling shoes and writes stuff on them, god Americans are so lame, although one guy does a posh english accent and says "too much spotted dick for Bisping. Dave Faulkner finds his shoes and calls him a fucking knob head, turns out that Pearson had leant them to Faulkner and he's not a happy bunny. They have a pretty funny moment where Pearson tried to ask who wrote on "my boooots" but the American guy can't understand his northern accent. Bisping tells his guys to be more mature. God I'd rape these guys at pranks but they'd obviously kick the shit out of me.

Back to the tactics and Bisping has been watching Youtube and says Miller can't handle takedowns and tells Nick to put him on his back and he'll win the fight. I'm really looking forward to seeing how tactics play out in the match. As I've watched boxing all my life and its really intriguing to get a glimpse inside the training process.

Nick Osipczak vs. Mark Miller

My Prediction:
Nick will get knocked the fuck out.

Round One: Mark gets inside immediately but Nick gets a trip, there goes the scouting, Nick is trying to pass Miller's guard. Nick loses it and ends up having the situation turned around on him. Nick scrambles out but takes a knee and a moderate elbow and wrestles Miller into the cage and unloads. Nick dodges two shots and hits a big cross and a nice uppercut. Nick just has no punch power. Miller rocks Nick but he responds with a nice takedown but it takes him about thirt seconds to land. Miller tries a takedown but gets cuaght in a guillotine, Mark taps but the ref doesn't see it and Mark escapes and gets control. Miller takes a wild swing but Nick counters with a takedown.

Round Two: Nick gets caught with a right and Miller goes for a guillotine but Nick slides to the side and elbows his way out of the hold. Nick changes position and gets stuck in a headlock. Nick eventually escapes but it allows Miller to get on top. Nick does a good job of dodging some big shots. Nick slaps on a headscissors but couldn't trap the arm so Miller escapes. The referee then stands them up and Nick knocks him the Fuck out with a round house kick out of nowhere.

Wow that was a really great fight the first round was very exciting, the second was more tactical but still very intriguing and the huge KO was awesome. Got to give it to Nick he's a hell of a lot better than he looked in his first fight and that was a devastating roundhouse to end the fight. Justice done as it looked like Miller tapped in the first round.

We get the post match reaction and Miller looks a little worse for wear and he admits to being sloppy and lazy with his hands and we see Mark Miller throwing up backstage.

Overall Thoughts: I really enjoyed this show, this is my first season of Ultimate Fighter and I found the training and tactics really interesting. Although all said and done Nick could really implement any of it because Miller was so aggresive. It has to be said that the US vs. UK aspect really makes this season great. This show had a good mix pranks in the house, good training and a great fight what more can you ask for really. (8/10)

This is your one stop shop of pop culture reviews I most specialize in Music, Politics & Film. I occasionally delve into TV reviews. I've got a Politics MA and a War Studies BA, I'm taking a year out before starting a Phd so when it comes to History and Politics I'm pretty well versed but I tend to keep this blog fun rather than serious.
