I haven't done a news update in a little while. Anyway I'll keep this brief, been wondering why RAW sucks donkey dick and Smackdown is continually amazing (minus Khali). Well this is Vince McMahon's fault. Vince wants his shows to have brand indentities RAW is now the light comedy show, Smackdown is the wrestling show and ECW is the developmental show. Hopefully the dire ratings will force Vince to change tack. Smackdown's awesomeness is unparrelled Jericho + Edge on promos and on top of that they've had more Match of the Year contenders on Smackdown than they've had on WWE and TNA PPVs combined this year.
Anyway as much as I've bitched and moaned about Triple H it at least looks like he has good booking sense as he hates the idea of RAW being based around comedy as does Shawn Michaels, I suspect when they return the show will get more serious. Furthermore why do the kiddy comedy on the show that airs when the kiddies are in bed? This months since wrestlemania have seriously highlighted just how much Shawn Michaels carried RAW on his back. Oddly Smackdown doesn't seem to miss Taker, and other than Jericho he's feuded with everyone on that brand to death, I'd love to see Taker and HBK switch shows, although this is completely improbable.
Anyway that's my news item of the week and my analysis enjoy.
